Oatmeal-Craisin Cookies

1.5 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour1 cup unsweetened apple sauce12 packets Truvia4 egg whites.5 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend3 cups Quaker Old-Fashioned Oats.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal1 cup Craisins1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp baking soda2 tsp ground cinnamon2 tsp ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Whisk together egg whites, apple sauce, vanilla, brown sugar blend, and Truva in a bowl until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT Craisins and oats until completely combined.
Stir in Craisins and oats.
Spray baking sheet lightly with non-stick spray. Drop by tablespoon on baking sheet and flatten a little bit with the back of your spoon. Bake for 7 minutes or until golden around edges. Be sure not to overcook them!
Yields about 60 cookies.
