Greek Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
* 1 kg red potatoes cut into thick slices* 3/4 cup olive oil* 2 cups water* fresh oregano* salt, pepper* garlic (optional)* lemon juice (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven. In a pan, add the potatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper (and garlic, lemon juice if you use them). Toss with the fingers. Then add the water but make sure not to add them ON the potatoes (pour it in the corner). Put in the oven for 1 hr (or until they are done).
Makes 6 larger servings. Serve wt any meat.
