Pita Bread

Ingredients
2 1/4 t. yeast1 c. water3.5 c. flour1.5 t. salt1 t. sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and knead dough

Form dough into balls, cover, and let rest for 10-15 minutes.

Roll dough out into circles and rest covered for 10 minutes

Bake on preheated stone on the bottom of the oven at oven's highest temperature.
