Sassy Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
6 oz. vanilla light yogurt1/4 c. skim milk1/3 c. frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries & blackberries)2 T. wheat germ
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on low for 40 seconds. Pour into 2 glasses and serve. Makes 2 (6 oz) servings.
