Turkey Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
2 cups lettuce, romaine or lettuce of choice1/2 cup carrots1/2 cup celery1/2 cup cucumbers3 oz low sodium, cooked & sliced turkey breast2 1/2 tbsp dried cranberries3/4 oz low fat, low sodium shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup croutons2 tbsp walnuts
Directions
Rinse, dry and chop lettuce, carrots, celery and cucumbers. Cut turkey slices into strips. Place lettuce, carrots, celery and cucumbers, and turkey in a salad bowl and top with cranberries, shredded cheese, croutons, and walnuts. Toss with your dressing of choice and serve.
