2 cups all bran cereal1 1/4 C skim milk1/3 C Brown Sugar1/2 C raisins1/2 C shredded carrots2 egg whites1 tsp vanilla1/2 c no sugar added applesauce1 C flour2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 17 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
