Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar1/2 cup canola oil2 large eggs2 cups pumpkin puree or 1 15oz can pumpkin1 3/4 cups flour1/4 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt1 tsp. ground cloves1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. nutmeg, ground1/3 cup water
Directions
Add sugar to oil and mix well. Add eggs, pumpkin, spices, water and flour. Pour in 9x9 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min.
