Maguire - Tex Mex Chicken

Ingredients
1lb. boneless skinless chicken cut into stripsTaco seasoning packet2 Tbsp flour1 Green pepper diced1 Red pepper diced12oz can of corn1 1/2 cup Thick-Chunky Salsa1 Cup shredded Cheese2 Cups Minite Rice (uncooked)
Directions
Toss chicken with seasoning and flour. Putt in crock pot with green pepper, red pepper, corn and salsa. Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours (on high 3 to 4).

Stir just before serving; top with shredded cheese and serve over rice.
