Classic Salmon Patties

Ingredients
2-6oz pouches of Salmon (we use chicken of the sea pouches, boneless skinless)1 small onion, chopped1/2 sleeve of Saltine crackers, crushedSalt & Pepper to taste (I use the grinders to grind fresh)1 egg1/4 Canola oil (for pan to fry)
Directions
In a mixing bowl add Salmon, crackers, and chopped onion. Mix through. Add in egg and mix till coated. Add Salt and pepper to taste. Put oil in skillet, and warm. Form 4 round patties. Cooking on low setting (I put on a 3 on my stovetop) let cook each side in a COVERED pan for 15 mins or until browned.
