Spicy Bean Soup

Ingredients
28oz crushed tomatoes15oz black beans (no salt)15oz cannellini beans (no salt)1 onion1 jalapeno2 cups vegetable broth (low salt)3-6 cloves of garliccuminchili powderfresh cilantro
Directions
puree onions, garlic, jalapeno, 1 cup of vegetable broth, rinsed beans in food processor. Add to large pot. Add crushed tomatoes, cumin (as much to your liking), chili powder and chopped cilantro. Add another cup or so of vegetable broth. Heat to boiling, stirring. Then simmer for 30-45 minutes. Add toasted or baked corn tortillas chopped up in strips for garnish.
