Asparagus Blue Cheese Cold Salad

Ingredients
1/2 pound steamed Asparagus1 oz crumbled Blue Cheese1 cup chopped Zucchini 1 diced Red Ripe Tomatoes1 tbsp. Olive Oil2 tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 cup Chickpeas10 large Black Olives sliced2 tbsp Pine Nuts1 quarter of a bell pepper, I like orange pepper finely chopped
Directions
Steam the Asparagus and toss with crumbled blue cheese. Toast the pine nuts lightly and sautee the zucchini until tender. In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients. Then add the cooked zucchini and asparagus. Toss. Serve chilled.
