Ingredients
Green Beans (snap), 1 cup Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 200 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.75 cup kernels Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, fine diced Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, strips Mushrooms, canned, 0.25 cup slicedGourd, white-flowered (calabash) 3 cup (1" cubes) ( you can use pumpkin )Salt, 2 tsp Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp *Cumin seed, 0.5 tsp Poultry seasoning, 0.25 tsp Garlic, 0.5 tsp
Directions
put green beans , mixed vegetables and corn on medium heat till thewed (stire )
after 5 minutes add some water to get all vegetabels about tender
add celery and gourd and garlic keep stire for 5 minutes
add pepper and mushroom ( stire )
add spices and make heat low till all gradients being tender and tasty
make 4 servings each about 1 cup
