Veggie and Hummus Wrap

Ingredients
1 Multigrain tortilla (8 inch)2 T. hummus1/2 c. Mixed veggies (carrot, broccoli, red onion)
Directions
Spread hummus on tortilla and top with approximates a half cup of mixed veggies. I used carrots, broccoli and red onion in this recipe, but you could throw in whatever you like. Heat in the microwave for approx 30 seconds or enjoy cold.

* This is a meatless dish, but I don't think I would call it a true vegetarian dish since the tortillas probably contain eggs.
