Corn Chowder

Ingredients
2c. Water1c onion diced1 large potato small cubed2c. skim milk2tbsp. flour1 large can creamed cornsalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
mix first 3 ingredients and cook till potato is done, about 5 mins. Mix flour and Milk together and stir into pot. Bring mixture to a boil than add creamed corn. Stir constantly for 5 min. Makes 8 - 1cup servings
