Ingredients
tinned tuna, beansprouts, sliced mushrooms, onion chopped, soy sacue and salt & pepper to taste
Directions
fry how much onion you like until golden, add chopped mushrooms and the soy sacue, keep the wok on high heat all the while. then add tin of tuna and keep on tossing, finally beansprouts and continue to cook until you get the consistency that you like. add salt and pepper, a bit more soy and serve. perfect!
