SF Butterscotch Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 Ready Crust - Reduced Fat Graham Cracker CrustFilling:1 package (.9 Ounce) sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix1 cup skim milk1 cup cooked pumpkin1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 of an 8 oz tub of Cool Whip Lite
Directions
Filling: Combine pudding mix and milk in a mixing bowl, beat well. Add pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg, mix well. Stir in 1/2 of the 8oz tub of Cool Whip Lite. Pour into Ready Crust and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve with a dollop of Cool Whip Lite and a sprinkle of Pumpkin Pie Spice. Serves 8.
