Whipping Cream Icing

Ingredients
1.5 cups Heavy Whipping Cream0.5 cups Icing (Powdered) Sugar1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
In a cold bowl, whip the Heavy Cream, Icing Sugar and vanilla until very thick. Since you are icing with this it needs to be whipped a long time, you do want to stop before you have butter, but you do whip this until stiff.

The cake needs to be cold when applied. And kept chilled once iced.

Enough to ice 24 cupcakes, or a two layer cake.
