Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients
3 eggs4 T butter.33 cup whole wheat flour.67 c whole wheat pastry flour.75 c milk2T sugar.5 t salt
Directions
In blender mix eggs until light yellow. Melt butter in a skillet. Add all the rest of the ingredients including the butter to blender and mix.

Pour enough batter into hot skillet to cover the bottom when spread by tipping the skillet. Cook both sides.

Serve with sour cream and brown sugar inside.
