Ingredients
roasted chicken leftovers (shreded)carrot chopped celery choppedonion choppedpotato chopped1cup flour1tbsp of veg oil
Directions
saute your vegetables in your oil until softened. add your flour and cook for 1 min. take your cold chicken stock and add 2 cups at a time slowly. add your chicken and simmer and season to taste. spices may include: garlic powder salt and pepper, itallien seasoning.
