Super Spinach & Feta Stuffed Shells!

• 20 Large Pasta Shells, Cooked• 1 Cup Muir Glen Fire-Roasted Crushed Tomato• 1/2 Cup Fat-Free Crumbled Feta• 1/2 Cup Fat-Free Cream Cheese• 1 Cup Fat-Free Mozzarella• 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced• 1/2 10-Oz. Package Frozen Spinach, Thawed• 4 Pepperoncini, Chopped• 1 Cup Hunt's No-Salt-Added Tomato Sauce• 1 Tsp. Oregano• 1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
1. Combine crushed tomatoes, oregano, Pepperoncini, and tomato sauce in a skillet, and cook over medium heat for about 12 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
2. Combine 1/2 cup mozzarella and remaining ingredients (other than shells) in a medium bowl, and spoon into shells, distributing evenly.
3. Place shells into a 13x9 baking dish coated with cooking spray, spoon tomato mixture on top, and finish by sprinkling on remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella.
4. Put pan into a pre-heated oven at 375º for 25 minutes.
5. Set the table, and Dinner is Served!
