1 lb ground chicken, cooked2 cans healthy request crm chicken soup1 can FF Milk1 cup Light Sour Cream.5 bag frozen carrots, crinkle cut8 medium stalks celery1 lb potatoes diced1 Tbsp minced garlic2 cups brown rice, precookedpepper and parsley to taste4 oz shredded cheddar, reduced fat4 oz Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar
Directions
Combine in greased 9x13 dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serves 8

    Cooking time was much greater than indicated. Would recommend microwaving potatoes and celery prior to baking to decrease time in the oven. I also added garlic powder for additional flavor. - 11/19/09
