Low fat turkey curry

12oz Diced Turkey Breast200g Low Fat Natural Yoghurt1 onion, diced4 mushrooms, slicedSpray Oil2tbsp curry powder (tikka or madras curry powders work well)Basmati Rice, cooked to accompany
Stir the curry powder into the yoghurt and set to one side.
Brown the diced turkey in spray oil and remove from pan.
Fry onion in the hot pan for 3 minutes until translucent.
Addd turkey and mushrooms and stirfry for a further 3 minutes.
Add yoghurt mixture and stir well, then simmer for 15-20 minutes or until turkey is fully cooked.
Serve with basmati rice.
