1 jar of chutney. I used Trader Joe's apple & cranberry chutney.2 to 3 cups of leftover chicken either shredded or diced. 1/2 cup of Swanson's chicken broth 99% fat free.1 tsp or less of nutmeg and curry powder.dash of cayenne pepper if you like it hot.ground salt and pepper if you like.
Blend the soup with the chutney in a small pan. Add the chicken and spices and heat thouroughly.
Serve on a baked and mashed sweet potato still in the skin.
Serve with a salad or vegetable.
Serves 2 to 2 1/2.
