ground beef rinsed & drained spinachbell peppercelerygreen oniongarlic 3 clovesvegetable broth 1 cupmuir glen organic fire roasted tomatoes w/ green chilies 1 can1 6oz can of tomato pastemrs dash's tomato/basil/garlic seasoningcooked spaghetti squash 12 oz - not included in calorie/nutrition count.
preheat oven to 350. cut spaghetti squash in half & scoop out seeds. place cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 30 min. while you prepare sauce.
brown hamburger, rinse and drain.
in a bowl, mix remaining ingredients and add to cooked hamburger, simmering until squash is cooked.
after removing spaghetti squash from oven, use a fork to pull it out of the shell. It will come out looking like spaghetti.
mix the 2 and serve.
