Moroccan Lamb Stew

Ingredients
Lamb Shank, 1.25 lb - cut in one inch cubes Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 3 cups Onions, 1 large, chopped Garlic, 4 cloves minced Canned Tomatoes, 28 oz * Chickpeas - 1 can * Carrots, 1 cup sliced * Red Potato, 250 grams large diced * Ginger Root, 2 tsp minced * Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp * *Cumin ground, 1 tsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Pepper, black, .5 tsp * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp * Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
Directions
Place all ingredients except lemon juice in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

Add lemon juice and let blend 5 minutes.

Serve over couscous. Garnish with cilantro
