Thai Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/4 cup soy sauce2 tsp minced garlic1/2 tsp red pepper flakes2 Tbsp honey1 Tbsp lime juice
Directions
1. Prepare grill. Place chicken in shallow dish or plate. Combine garlic, red pepper flakes and soy sauce in measuring cup. Pour over chicken, coat. Let stand for 10 minutes.
2. In a small bowl blend honey and lime juice.
3. Place chicken on grill over medium coals; brush with some remaining marinade. Grill over covered grill 5 minutes. Brush chicken with half of honey, turn and brush with remaining.

    I made one change to the recipe and it turned out awesome. I substituted Orange Juice instead of Lime Juice. Threw it on the BBQ and served it with a little jasmine rice.. delicious!! - 1/1/12

    I actually saw this recipe somewhere else and wrote it down then checked here for convenience of adding to my meal plan. So whoever put it in don't take it personally. It's so disgusting. I have no idea what in it made it nasty but it was horrid. - 10/4/10
