Shrimp Pasta Primavera w/ White Sauce

Butter, 1 tbspFlour, 1 tbspMilk, 1%, 5 ouncesgrated parmesan cheese, 2 tbspshredded mozarella cheese, 1/4 cupRoasted Red pepper, 1/2 cupBroccoli florets, raw, 1/2 cupcherry tomatoes, 10, cut in halfCarrot, one large, cut into strips using vegetable peelerRed onion, 1/2 cup choppedGarlic, 3 cloves, mincedOlive oil, 1 tbsppepper, 1 tspcooked shrimp, 12 large
Make white sauce--melt butter over medium heat; add flour and stir well, cook about 1 minute. Whisk in milk and continue cooking a few minutes until thickened. Add parmesan cheese and mozarella cheese and stir until melted. Set aside and keep warm. Saute broccoli, carrot and onion in skillet with olive oil until crisp tender. Add tomatoes, roasted peppers and minced garlic. Continue sauteeing a few minutes until warm. Add shrimp and white sauce. Cook a few minutes until shrimp is warmed through but not overdone. Put over angel hair pasta. Makes 3 servings, 4 shrimp each.
