Fresh Cranberry Relish

Ingredients
1 lb. whole, fresh cranberries2 oranges, zested and juiced1 lemon, zested and juiced1 cup sugar2 tablespoons bourbon
Directions
Mix all ingredients and simmer in a saucepan until the cranberries begin to pop their skins and soften, about 10 to 15 minutes. Do not allow them to over-cook and become mushy.
