Raspberry Sauce (Coulis)

Ingredients
1 - 12 oz. pkg. frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed (or 2 c. fresh)2 tablespoons water˝ cup SPLENDAŽ No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated2 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions
1.Press raspberries through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a saucepan, discarding solids. Add water to raspberries.

2.Combine SPLENDAŽ Granulated Sweetener and cornstarch in a small bowl. Add to raspberry mixture, stirring until SPLENDAŽ Granulated Sweetener dissolves.

3.Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil; stirring constantly for 1 minute. Cool. Cover and chill sauce 2 hours.

Makes 16 servings, at 2 1/4 tsp. per serving.
