Beef Stew 11/2 cup

Ingredients
Cumin seed, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Garlic, 1 tsp Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped Potato, raw, 2.50 cup diced Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2 lb Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) Flour, white, 0.19 cup McCormick Beef Stew Sesoning Mix 1 pkg, 8 serving
Directions
In a zip log bag mix sal, pepper, cumin and flour. Coat beef with flour, Heat oil in large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium heat. Add beff; cook until browned on all sides.

Stir in Seasoning Mix and water.

Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add Vegetables; simmer 45 minutes or until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Thicken stew with additional flour, if desired.
