Crockpot garlic mashed potatoes

Ingredients
2 lbs. potatoes, diced1/4 c. fat free chicken broth2 T. margarine1 1/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper4 garlic cloves, minced1 c. milk2 T. chives (optional)
Directions
Place diced potatoes, chicken broth, margarine, salt, pepper, and garlic in crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours. Mash potatoes with milk using masher or pastry blender, depending on desired texture. Add chives if desired.
