Parmesan TIlapia - Broiled

Ingredients
1 lb Tilapia2 tbsp Sour Cream1 tbsp Butter2 tbsp Parmesan, grated1 tbsp Italian Dressing1/4 tsp Dill1/4 tsp Garlic PowderSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Season fish with salt & pepper
2. Broil fish for 3 minutes on each side
3. Mix Sour Cream, Butter, Parmesan, Dressing, Dill & Garlic until smooth
4. Spread 1/2 tbsp of mixture on each filet
5. Broil for 5 minutes until browned on top
