Basic Spicy Veggie Sauce with Tilapia Fillet

Olive Oil (6 tbsp)Onions (2 cups, chopped)Stewed Tomatoes (2 cups)Cabbage (3 cups shredded)Carrots ( 10 medium baby size, sliced)Green Pepper (1 cup diced)Tilapia Fillets (12 ounces)Salt (1 tsp or to taste)
Saute onions in Olive oil until clear and then add cayenne pepper. Next, add the tomatoes and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Add cabbage and carrots and let cook for about 10. Last of all, add the bell peppers and turn off heat. Peppers taste better if they are barely cooked. Grill or bake the tilapia, arrange it in a dish and pour the sauce over it. Tastes great with any kind of rice or boiled potatoes.
