Granola (Dry Cereal)

Ingredients
3 c. rolled oats, old fashioned or big flake1 c. slivered almonds1 c. walnuts, chopped3/4 c. unsweetened shredded coconut1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. maple syrup1/4 c. vegetable oil3/4 tsp. salt1 c. raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 F.

In a large bowl combine oats, nuts, coconut, and brown sugar. In seperate bowl combine the maple syrup, oil, and salt.

Combine both mixtures and dump onto 2 cookie sheet pans. Spread out evenly. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and transfer to a large clean bowl and add raisins. Cool before storing.

Makes 16 servings, of aprox. 1/2 c. each.
