pumpkin muffins w/ spices and optional nuts

4 3/4 c. of flour3 c. of Splenda or 4 c. of regular sugar1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1 1/2 tsp. baking soda1 1/2 tsp. salt1 1/2 tsp.nutmeg1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves6 eggs1 29 oz. can of pumpkin1 c. of unsweetened applesauce1 c. of walnuts optional
get 2 bowls one for dry ingredients and 1 for wet ingredients.
Mix all dry ingredients in a larger bowl then mix all wet ingredients in a smaller bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry and if you want to add walnuts add them after both wet and dry ingredients are mixed. Get muffin pans or loaf pan and spray with canola oil. Fill up 1/2 to 3/4 full use toothpick to see if done. Put oven at 350 degrees Preheat. cook for 30- 35 minutes

I clicked on the nutrional infor to put up calories etc. and it registered 0. Spark People said I could get it but I've tried and it doesn't do anything. Have you ever had this problem before? My other recipes I never had that problem.
