Sauteed Broccoli with Garlic and Parmesan

Broccoli, cooked, 2 lbsExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbspRoasted Garlic, 2 tbspSalt, .5 tspLemon, 1/2Cheese, Parmesan, Bella Rosa, 4 tbsp
Cut the broccoli into little florets, about 2 inches long. In a large, deep frying pan over medium-high heat, combine the oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes, if using. Cook the garlic and pepper, stirring, until the garlic sizzles, about 1 minute. Add the broccoli, sprinkle with the salt, and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water, cover, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the broccoli is just barely tender. Uncover the pan, raise the heat, and cook until the water evaporates, 1 to 2 minutes longer. Spoon the broccoli into a bowl and give it a squeeze of lemon juice. Sprinkle with the Parmesan, and serve. Should make about 10 - 1/2 cup servings
