Hard Boil Eggs Til Done..Pour Off Hot Water,Then Fill Pot With Ice Cold Water,Let Cool,Redo Cooling Process As Needed. ( Eggs Will Peel Better With Throughly Cooled Eggs.) Set Aside..
In A Large bowl Empty Crab Meat And Pick Out Shells. ( Set Aside ) Peel & Devein Shrimp.
In Sauce Pan,Add Butter & Garlic & Shrimp. Saute' Until Shrimp Turn Pink ( Do Not Over Cook ) Set Aside To Let Cool
Cut Eggs In Half ( long Way) Empty Egg Yolks In Bowl With Crab Meat ( Place Egg Halves On Serving Tray )
Mix Crab Meat & Egg Halves. Add Lite Ranch Dressing For Taste And Consistancy ( Not too Creamy ) ( Filling Won't Stay In Halves )
Add A Dash Of Celery Seed & SeaSalt. Continue To Mix
Finally Add Shrimp To Mixture., With Garlic,& Butter.( If You Like You Can Put Shrimp In A Food Processor To Compliment Already Mixed Mixture )
Fill Egg Halves To Suite, Then top Off With Paprika Or Cayenne Pepper ( For ALittle Bite )
There Will Be Plenty Of Filling Left , That Can Be Use For Dipping Town House Crackers....EnJoy..
