Pineapple Ham & Rice

Ingredients
8 oz. extra lean turkey ham, diced2 cups brown rice, cooked1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained1/2 cup brown sugar, packed1 tsp dry mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
