Mushroom stock with Cabbage & Turkey Kielbasa

Ingredients
3 cups dried mushrooms reconstituted (water added to)1 handful baby carrots1 medium onion, halved1 cup fresh spinach (1 large handful or more to taste)1 bunch parsley, tied6 cloves of garlic, minced (jarred is easiest)1/2 large head cabbage shredded1 package Turkey Polska Kielbasa (or any smoked sausage) quartered and sliced
Directions
add all ingredients except cabbage together to create stock, bring to a boil and then let simmer for 20 minutes or longer if desired. Pull out bunch of tied parsley. Add cabbage and cook until just tender. Serve hot. This has no added salt, so must add salt to taste.
