chicken and macaroni

Ingredients
2 chicken thighs, chopped into smaller pieces (1 cubic inch)1 cup raw elbow macaroni1 medium onion chopped4 cloves garlic minced1 tin canned mushrooms1 cup chopped red peppers1 cup diced canned tomatoes.5 cup of spinach (or less according to your taste)pepper to taste
Directions
While cooking macaroni according to package instructions, in frying pan brown chicken with garlic and onions, just as the onions are turning clear add the spinach until well mixed. When macaroni and chicken are down place in a 9x13 baking dish. Add remaining chopped and tinned ingredients and place in a 400F oven for 30 minutes. A very healthy dish ready in no time.
