Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
Chicken breast without skin-6 oz. Diced.Chunky Salsa- 8 oz. Iceberg Lettuce-2 cups diced or shredded.Medium red tomato-dicedCheddar cheese-low fat, 3/4 cup shredded.
Directions
1) Spray non-stick fry pan with cooking spray and brown diced chicken breast, stirring frequently, for about 5-7 minutes.
2) Stir salsa into chicken and bring to boil. Simmer, uncovered for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3) While chicken is simmering, dice/shred lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
4) Remove chicken mixture from heat.
5) Fill Tacos- lettuce/tomato/chicken/cheese to melt over the top.
6) Serve immediately.
