Spicy Southwest Salad

Ingredients
1/2 c. salsa1/4 c. lowfat buttermilk12 oz. cooked skinless chicken breast, seasoned with southwestern grill seasoning, cut into 1/2-in. cubes1-1/2 c. diced tomatoes. cut into 1/2-in. pieces1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-in. pieces1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/2-in. pieces1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained1 c. canned or frozen (and thawed) white corn, drained4 oz. reduced fat Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-in. cubes1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
In a large bowl, whick together salsa and buttermilk. Add chicken, tomatoes, bell peppers, beans, corn, Cheddar, and cilantro. Toss to combine.
