1/2 pound dry pasta4 Tbsp Peanut Butter, Creamy or Crunchy2 Tbsp Sesame oil4 Tbsp Low sodium soy sauce1 1/2 tsp ginger, GroundStarchy cooking water
Cook pasta, while pasta is cooking mix all sauce ingrediants well. Save a little bit of the starchy cooking water to add to sauce if needed. Add sauce to pasta. If not mixing well add water a tsp at a time till the pasta and sauce mix well.
This works well with tofu, tempeh, shredded carrots, snap peas, bean sprouts, broccoli, etc.
