White Bean Hummus

Ingredients
3 cans Great Northen white beans, drainedthe juice of 3 large lemons3 Tbs (or more) Tahini garlic, peppers, herbs to taste
Directions
Open 2 cans of Great Northern white beans, drain and mash in a food processer. Add tahinin and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to tasts, along with any fresh herbs (cilantro- parsley- rosemary) you are fond of. Chill and serve with pita, celery, cucumber slices.
