Easy Teriyaki chicken for one

3 oz boneless skinless chicken breast1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce ( I use Kikkoman baste and glaze, can substitute for BBQ sauce if you like)1 thin slice of onion1/2 cup chopped broccoli1/4 cup fresh mushrooms sliced1 small red potato sliced1/4 cup thin sliced red pepper( can substiute veggies to your taste)1 ice cube
Take a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil and put chicken in center, top with sauce and veggies. Put ice cube in packet and close packet tightly.
Place on a pre-heated BBQ grill for about 15 minutes to allow chicken to cook through and veggies to cook. The ice will melt and combine with chicken juices and sauce to season chicken and veggies!
