1 box Pillsbury Moist Supreme Reduced Sugar Classic Yellow CakePillsbury Reduced Sugar Vanilla Frosting(I didn't use the whole can, just a little smear on each cupcake)1 can diet lemon lime soda24 tsp sprinkles
Mix cake mix and soda together. Line mini muffin pan with liners and drop 1 tablespoon into each cup. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Let cool. Frost each cupcake with a thin layer of frosting and decorate with sprinkles.
Makes 48 mini cupcakes.
*We didn't really care for the reduced sugar frosting so I left half of them plain. They come out to 40 calories apiece without the frosting and sprinkles.
