Brussels Sprouts with Mushrooms

Ingredients
4 cups brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved2 cups whole small mushrooms5 tbsp butter1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley1/2 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp black pepperlemon juice from 1/2 a lemon
Directions
Makes 6 3/4 cup servings
Cook brussels sprouts in a pan of lightly salted water for about 15 minutes until fork tender.
Drain.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook mushrooms until lightly browned and set aside
Add drained brussels sprouts to mushrooms ans sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice. Season with sea salt and pepper and toss to coat.
