Cod Fish Stew

Ingredients
4 onions, sliced3 cloves of garlic, smashed and sliced.25 c olive oil2 28-oz cans of Muir Glen tomatoes7 oz white wine18 oz cod (or haddock)
Directions
1 cup = 1 serving
Heat olive oil in big pot, Add sliced onions and cook until soft.
Add garlic and cook another 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and wine. Heat to low boil.
Add cod (broken up into a few big pieces).
Turn heat down to gentle simmer and cook for 20 minutes (or until fish is done),
Tastes better the next day.
