White rice -1 cupOnions( finely chopped)-1 cupGreen chillies-3 nosCumin seeds-1 spoonVeg oil-1 spoonsaltLemon juice-1 cupcoriiander leaves- 1 cup
Put 1 cup rice in 3 cups of water and Microwave for 15 mins and keep aside
In a pan, add Oil, Cumin seeds and prepare a seasoning, when the cumin seeds begin to splatter, add greenchillies and Onions, Fry Onions till golden brown, Add salt and Lemon juice and rice
Mix well and add coriander leaves and serve hot
