Gemelli, Chicken, Asparagus, and Cranberry Salad

1 lb. gemelli (or other short, twisted pasta)½ C pine nuts¼ C frozen corn10 oz. chicken (optional)½ lb asparagus2 T chopped fresh rosemary2 T apple cider vinegarSalt and Pepper to taste6 T honey3 T Dijon mustardJuice and zest of ¼ orange½ C olive oil½ C cranberries (craisins)
Cook pasta according to directions.
Thaw corn.
Cook chicken (whatever method you prefer). When cool, cut into ½ inch cubes.
Blanch asparagus until desired doneness; drain and cool; then slice into 1 inch pieces.
In a large bowl, mix rosemary, salt, vinegar, pepper, honey, mustard, orange juice, and olive oil.
In another bowl, combine pasta, pine nuts, thawed corn, chicken, asparagus, orange zest, and cranberries.
When well mixed, add to bowl with dressing and toss to combine.
Makes 8 generous servings.
